RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


Applicable only to Slim Beyond Philippines

If you encounter any issues with your order, you may request a return and refund via Live Chat or Messaging on our website. Requests must be made within seven (7) days of receiving your item.


Eligible Reasons for Return & Refund:

Product is damaged or defective

Product is near expiry or expired

Product delivered is incorrect or does not match the description


⚠️ Please note: Hygiene-sensitive products are non-refundable.


Return Process:

1. Contact Customer Service via website Live Chat/Messaging.

2. Submit supporting documents (e.g., photos, receipts).

3. Requests are reviewed and processed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

4. Once approved, pick-up will be scheduled (dependent on your location).

5. Items must be:

Unused

In original and complete packaging

Accompanied by any free gifts and proof of purchase

Returned as a set, if purchased as a set


Returned items undergo a quality evaluation within 48 hours. Some products may require longer evaluation. You will receive a notification once your return/refund request is approved.


Refund Guidelines:

PayPal/Credit Card: Refunded via payment reversal (may take 1–2 billing cycles depending on your bank)

No cash refunds via Slim Beyond store cashiers

Refunds are based on the original unit price paid

If an e-Voucher or e-Coupon was used, adjustments will be applied

Retail value of unreturned gift items will be deducted from refund


Refund of Shipping Fees:


Shipping fees may also be refunded in these cases:

The returned item was charged a “bulky” shipping fee

The returned item(s) constitute the entire value of the original order



Important Notes:

Opened or used products are not eligible for return/refund in accordance with DTI regulations

We are not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, or damages resulting from return requests

In-store (brick-and-mortar) branches of Slim Beyond Philippines do not accept online order returns/refunds

All return/refund concerns for online purchases must be handled by the Slim Beyond Philippines E-Store Customer Service Team
